Out With the Old Gutters
We started by tearing off the existing gutters completely. Starting fresh means no old seams, sags, or tired hangers left behind, and every run is sized and pitched correctly from day one.
New 5″ White Seamless Gutters and Downspouts
Our crew installed 76 feet of new 5″ White seamless gutters across three runs: a long 43-foot run across the back of the house and two shorter runs of 18 and 15 feet. We added 24 feet of new 2×3 White downspouts, for a total of 100 feet of gutter and downspouts. The two shorter runs got brand-new downspouts, and the long back run ties into the existing downspout there.
Our seamless gutters are formed on site from .027 or .032 thickness aluminum coil, customized to the home, and hung with the strongest inside Supreme gutter hanger, which has a built-in deck screw spaced 18″ or 24″ on center. They carry a 30-year manufacturer material warranty and a 20-year paint finish warranty, plus an 18-month labor warranty. The bright white gutters and downspouts look sharp against the red siding and white trim.
White Solution Gutter Protection
With the new gutters in place, we covered every run with 76 feet of White Solution gutter protection. Solution is made from .019 aluminum, and its patented design lets rainwater flow into the gutter while leaves and debris simply fall to the ground. It installs over new or existing 5″ or 6″ gutters, sits low so it blends into the roofline, and has no unsightly mounting brackets or hangers.
Long before Solution was introduced, it was put through some of the toughest tests in the industry by PRI Technologies, a leading independent testing firm for the roofing and construction industries. Solution withstood 110 mph winds and 17 inches of rainfall per hour (34 feet per day), and no debris was allowed to enter the gutter. It comes with a 20-year paint finish warranty and a 15-year warranty.
