I had estimates from 2 local roofing companies before I had Scott come out and give me an estimate.
His son came out and walked me through the services they provided and then performed a roof inspection and measurement using a drone with a high-resolution camera. I was impressed because the other roof estimates were not professional at all and one didn’t even go on the roof.
Scott scheduled a sit down with my wife and I to go over the pricing and options we had for our roof replacement. His knowledge/experience with roof replacement is very impressive. He gave us the information needed to make our decision with his presentation. His prices were comparable to the other companies, and he used higher quality material. We also had additional insulation added since we were doing a tear off. Then he explained the 50-year warranty, we were sold after that.
The roofing crew did excellent work and always cleaned up before they left for the day. Scott assigned a great lead, and he would keep us informed on how the roof project was going. We had some bad weather which made the project a little more difficult, but they always protected out home from any rain when the roof was stripped. We were very happy with the installation. The craftsmanship was exceptional.
Scott personally came out to do the final inspection. Not only did he inspect the roof but looked at the cleanup. He even provided drone photos and videos of the completed project. After a couple of weeks, we had our warranty paperwork in the mail.
We are very happy with making the decision to use Dennison Exteriors for our roof project.

We had gutter toppers installed ten years ago. We were very happy with how they performed. Never had to ever clean the gutters or make any adjustments. Recently we had our roof and gutters replaced after significant hail damage. We opted to purchase gutter toppers again without hesitation. They replaced my gutters, made great recommendations, communicated clearly, were overall very positive to work with, and charger me a fair price for the work. Installed new gutters and gutter covers August 2024. Dennison’s crew and the work they did were very professional. Mr. Dennison kept me informed as to when the work was going to be started and when to expect completion. He checked his crews’ work quality after completion. I highly recommend Dennison.

Professional service. I am very pleased with the gutter maintenance and new gutter toppers installed. The workers that came by worked diligently and quickly, very impressed. Also did a great clean up job and final review. Absolutely recommend.
