Gutter Topper Beats Fall Leaves on This Granger, IN Two-Story Home

Posted by

When your yard is full of mature maples and oaks, fall means one thing: clogged gutters. This home on Hunters Crossing in Granger, Indiana was done climbing ladders. Dennison Roofing & Gutter Toppers protected every gutter on the home and upgraded the front of the house at the same time.

What we installed

  • 225 feet of Gutter Topper in Royal Brown on all gutters, front and back, chosen to blend with the shingles.
  • New 5″ seamless gutters in White across the front of the home, reusing the existing front downspouts.
  • Downspout extensions in Royal Brown. We extended the upper downspouts into the lower ones so second-story water goes all the way to the ground.
  • Roof-edge repair. We replaced a damaged section of edge shingles with matching shingles the homeowner supplied before the covers went on.

Why Gutter Topper?

Gutter Topper is the only gutter protection system to pass two independent agencies’ tests: no clogging, torrential rain, 110 mph winds and 1,200 lbs per square foot of snow. Its unique install comes with written certification from roofing manufacturers that it won’t harm or void your roof warranty. It’s backed by a Lifetime Transferable Performance Warranty and a 20-year paint finish warranty. Gutter Topper is rated the #1 solid-metal gutter cover.

Our photos from late October show it working: leaves sit on top of the Royal Brown covers and blow off, while rainwater flows into the gutters below.
