Pine trees are beautiful until their needles pack your gutters. This Benton Harbor, MI homeowner was dealing with worn gutters, water-damaged fascia and pine needles piling up along the roof edge. Dennison Roofing & Gutter Toppers fixed all three.
New seamless gutters and oversized downspouts
We tore off the old gutters and installed 104 ft of new white 5″ seamless gutters. Seamless runs have no seams along the length to leak. We added four oversized 3×4 downspouts that move more water than standard downspouts, with extensions to carry it away from the foundation.
Gutter Topper Needle Guard gutter covers

New aluminum fascia and soffit repairs
Where water had damaged the old fascia, we replaced it with new white 8″ aluminum fascia. It won’t rot or need paint. We also replaced damaged soffit sections and fixed the soffit wrap at the ends of the house.
