Fascia Repair, Seamless Gutters & Gutter Guards in South Bend, IN | Solution Covers on State Line Rd

Posted by

If you’re searching for fascia repair in South Bend, IN, seamless gutters, or gutter guards, this State Line Rd project shows why they often go together. A back corner of the fascia and soffit had rotted open (see the before photos), and the old gutters were ready for replacement.

What we did

  • Rebuilt the rotted fascia and soffit corner and wrapped it in white to match
  • Installed 95 ft of new white 5″ seamless gutters with 7 white 2×3 downspouts
  • Added white Solution gutter covers (Gutter Topper family: Gutter Topper, Needle Guard, Leaf Terminator, and Solution)

Why Gutter Topper gutter guards? All four covers passed two independent agencies’ tests for no clogging, torrential rain, 110 mph winds and a 1,200 lbs per square foot snow load. Roofing manufacturers have certified in writing that the unique install does not harm or void your roof warranty.
