A wooded lot is beautiful—and hard on a roof and gutter system. On this Three Oaks project, Dennison Roofing & Gutter Toppers completed a full exterior weather package: a new CertainTeed NorthGate roof in Moire Black (34 squares), five new skylights, balanced ventilation, Tuxedo Gray seamless gutters, and Black Gutter Topper along the eaves.
NorthGate’s laminated design gives the multi-level roof a deep, even Moire Black finish that reads clean from the driveway and from above. Ice & water protection at the eaves and protrusions, RoofRunner felt, CertainTeed ridge vent, edge vents on the eave lines, and Omni wall vents support airflow under the deck—important on a home tucked into the trees.
At the eaves, new Tuxedo Gray seamless gutters work with Black Gutter Topper Solution (about 140 feet) to move water off the roof edge and help keep leaves from packing the trough. Five new skylights (24" × 40") were flashed in as part of the reroof so the finished roof looks intentional, not patched.
