On this South Bend home we repaired the roof over the kitchen to stop a leak at the kitchen wall. Then we tore off the old siding and installed CertainTeed Monogram D4″ Dutch lap vinyl siding in Oxford Blue over Heat Deflector insulation. We also installed white vented aluminum soffit and fascia, rebuilt a deteriorated window frame, and added new seamless gutters and downspouts with Gutter Topper Solution gutter guards in Charcoal, the closest available Solution color to the shingles. Solution is part of the only gutter cover line that passed two independent agencies’ tests for no clogging, torrential rain, 110 mph winds and 1,200 lbs per sq ft of snow load, and roofing manufacturers have certified in writing that it won’t harm or void the roof warranty. The back porch roof, soffit and fascia were not part of this project. Call (269) 371-4685 for a free estimate.
