Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Topper Schedule and Job List

IN ORDER TO ASSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IT IS MANDATORY THAT YOU OR YOUR DESIGNEE BE HOME AT THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT TO INSPECT THE PROJECT, CHECK FOR CLEANLINESS AND TENDER THE FINAL PAYMENT

Please be sure to respond to the scheduling email in order to confirm the actual date of your installation. No installation will take place until the scheduling email has been sent to you. If you fail/forget to respond we may or may not proceed with your installation.

** Per our written agreement the customer agrees that Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Topper has complete control over the Job Schedule. All sales are placed on the schedule based on the date the agreement was signed and/or the down payment was received no matter how small or large the project is.

*** Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Topper assigns and schedules the installations based not on the date sold, type of project, location and if the project is connected to other work.

**** Weather: Installations are performed based on installer safety which is our top priority. We do not work in environmentally controlled situations and our schedule is dictated primarily by the weather. If inclement weather delays your project we will reschedule for the following week. If the weather again delays your project a second time we will schedule your project again for the following week. If on the third attempt inclement weather strikes again your installation will be rescheduled for the “following day” and bump the scheduled installation of “that” customer to the following week.

***** All of our installations are based on an appointment, which is usually scheduled on the weekend prior to the week of your installation for the following week based on our and your schedules. Regardless, before any appointment is set you will either receive a phone call from the crew foreman or an email to “CONFIRM” your acknowledgement of the “actual” appointment date/time that is set. However, we retain the right per our agreement to begin work based on our schedule.

** Weekend Work: Our installers are like everyone else and are entitled to spend their weekends with their families however, if they choose to do so they “may” decide to work with your permission.

And finally, the gutter sealant that we use can take up to 5 days to cure/seal.

UPDATED: 04/17/2024 = We are working our way through the list. If it rains on your scheduled day it will push your installation back one day including the entire schedule. The installers are supposed to call and let you know if that occurs or if a job takes longer than predicted.

Working in Winter Weather Conditions:

Anytime the weather is too windy, wet or cold Installer Safety and the Proper Installation of the materials per the manufacturers specifications as well as customer satisfaction are our 3 top concerns in regards to your installation. During winter weather conditions installations can take longer and sadly not having enough or “any” helpers can extend completion times as we have fought that problem over the last 2 years however, we will not sacrifice safety and quality to complete the installation. The installer makes those determinations on a day-by-day basis.

Typically, if the weather will prohibit the installer from starting or completing your project on any given day, we will return on the next dry/safe day to start/complete your installation. If the installer has already started your project rest assured that your project is the “only” project they will work on until it is completed.

In addition, from here on out we will not make any future appointments rather, if you look on the schedule you will see several lists by week for each installer that we “hope” to complete that week. I will update the on-line schedule as needed. Each installer has been instructed to call-ahead or call the evening before he arrives at your home to start your project. I will highlight in YELLOW the projects that have been completed so you can see the progress as they move through the Job List.

Please remember, that once the installer has completed their work that you or your designee be there to inspect the work and make sure everything is cleaned up to your satisfaction before tendering the final payment.

And finally, the gutter sealant that we use can take up to 5 days to cure/seal.

Thanks again for your business and patience.
