WINTER WEATHER INSTALLATIONS

From here on out until the weather will allow it we are going to work 1 day-at-a-time/1 job-at-a-time. This means we will contact you the day prior to showing up at your home to perform your installation. Our foreman will either call you or we will email you with those details – unless you receive a phone call or email to CONFIRM our arrival to start your project the day before – your job will not start. 

During normal more predictive weather we normally schedule projects to start on a certain day however, if the weather prohibits us from working on that day we normally reschedule that customer for the following week without rescheduling/affecting the other customers already scheduled for the balance of that week.

During the winter when it gets cold we have to move to where we complete one project and move on to the next project so the day of the week/date you see on the schedule is just a goal and does not mean that is the actual day we will start the installation.  

My foreman are directed to call the next customer on their list late in the afternoon the day prior to starting the next project and also informing me so that I can follow it up with an email to the customer.

Harvey’s Installations: Please be aware that Harvey has just come off of medical leave and is restricted on how far he can drive so his installations will be based on those restrictions which means some projects will be moved up prior to others based on his limited drive-time. 

PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE THAT DEBRIS CAN BECOME FROZEN INSIDE THE GUTTERS MAKING CLEANING THEM OUT IMPOSSIBLE – IN THOSE CASES WE WOULD MOVE ON TO THE NEXT PROJECT AND RETURN ONCE WE HAVE A THAWING PERIOD THAT WILL ALLOW US TO CLEAN OUT THE INSIDE OF THE GUTTERS.

** Per our written agreement the customer agrees that Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Topper has complete control over the Job Schedule. All sales are placed on the schedule based on the date the agreement was signed and/or the down payment was received no matter how small or large the project is.

*** Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Topper assigns and schedules the installations based not only on the date sold, type of project, location and if the project is connected to other work.

**** Weather: Installations are performed based on installer safety which is our top priority. We do not work in environmentally controlled situations and our schedule is dictated primarily by the weather. If inclement weather delays your project we will reschedule for the following week. If the weather again delays your project a second time we will schedule your project again for the following week. If on the third attempt inclement weather strikes again your installation will be rescheduled for the “following day” and bump the scheduled installation of “that” customer to the following week.

***** All of our installations are based on an appointment, which is usually scheduled on the Friday prior to the week of your installations for the following week based on our and your schedules.

** Weekend Work: Our installers are like everyone else is entitled to spend their weekends with their families however, if they choose to do so they “may” decide to work with your permission.

IN ORDER TO ASSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IT IS MANDATORY THAT YOU OR YOUR DESIGNEE BE HOME AT THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT TO INSPECT THE PROJECT, CHECK FOR CLEANLINESS AND TENDER THE FINAL PAYMENT
