- All larger Roofing, Siding, Soffit, Fascia, Gutter and Topper projects begin with a scheduled Pre-Construction meeting with an installation manager, the crew in addition to you.
- We install our projects on a First-Sold-First-Installed basis according to this list taking into account a homeowners personal schedule as we require homeowners or their designee be home to review the completed work to ensure customer satisfaction and tender the final payment.
- Inclement weather, it’s affect on sealants and other materials plus installer safety also plays an important role in scheduling projects.
- We simply ask that you understand these important issues on how long it may take to start and complete your project.
To ensure customer satisfaction, you or your designee must be present at the start and project completion to inspect it, check for cleanliness, and make the final payment.
Please confirm the installation date by responding to the scheduling email, text, or call. No installation will occur until you confirm the date. Failure to respond may result in the further delay of the installation.
Before the appointment, you may receive a call from the crew foreman or an email to confirm the date/time. However, we reserve the right to start work based on our schedule.
Weekend work: Our installers are entitled to spend their weekends with their families, but they may choose to work with your permission.
** The gutter sealant we use can take up to 5 days to cure/seal. “IF” it rains or is humid sealants may take longer to cure/seal. We ask that you wait a few weeks before reporting any leaks to ensure the sealant has been able to cure/seal as we use the strongest sealant in the industry to ensure long-term viability.
*** When reporting concerns please provide a detailed description of what you are seeing, where the problem is located on your home and as many photos within reason of the problem and so that the location on your home is obvious in the photos so that we may dispatch our crew to your home in a timely manner to address the situation.
