Job Schedule: Our private online Project Schedule enables customers to view their names and projects on our list of scheduled projects. This Schedule does not disclose personal information beyond the last name, city, and project type. Due to the diverse project sizes, complexities, change orders, and weather-related delays, we cannot provide projected start or completion dates.
The online Project Schedule ensures that as we progress through the list to complete projects, we prioritize them based on a first-sold, first-installed basis or any other customer requests that can be honored. Our crews refrain from commencing new projects until their current projects have been completed. However, they may choose to start or end their day by performing service calls for previous customers.
Customer Communication Venues: Our Customer Relationship Management system employs technology to meticulously document all interactions with both current and prospective customers, encompassing phone calls, text messages, and email communications. Initially, most of our initial interactions occur after our AI Agent, Jerry, has meticulously collected the customer’s name, address, various contact methods, and a concise summary of their requests. Subsequently, your contact will be with a live representative equipped with a specialized phone number that enables you to leave voice messages or text messages, effectively bypassing the AI Agent’s capabilities. This process effectively filters out the overwhelming volume of professional spam and phone solicitations that are commonly encountered throughout the day.
This process also provides a comprehensive and documented record of all customer communications. This ensures that any of our numerous professionals can assist you when the representative you attempted to contact may be unavailable. Additionally, it guarantees that we document any promises we have made to you, preventing the loss of this information over time.
Pre-Construction Meeting: Typically, a week’s notice is provided prior to commencing the scheduling process for a customer’s project. The actual commencement date and time are finalized and confirmed at least one to two days before the project’s start.
A pre-construction meeting is held in the early morning and is attended by all decision-makers or their designees, our installation manager, project foreman, and their crew. This crucial meeting serves as a platform for reviewing the project’s specifics, including the placement of materials, job trailers, and dumpsters. Additionally, the time the crew may commence and conclude work each day, along with weather considerations, are discussed. The process of notifying any pre-approved additional charges is also detailed during this meeting. The meeting typically concludes within ten minutes.
Project Completion Process: We endeavor to provide the customer with a one-day pre-completion notification, accompanied by a comprehensive final statement detailing the outstanding balance. This notification necessitates the homeowner’s review of the statement and subsequent communication with the project foreman to schedule a site inspection. The inspection will ensure that the jobsite is in a satisfactory condition.
If the installation manager is available, they will conduct their own review of the project. This may be followed by the owner or his son inspecting the work with a drone.
Upon the owner’s detailed inspection after all funding for the project has been completed, the project’s warranty will be registered. The manufacturer will then mail a copy of the warranty directly to the homeowner.
